My trip was a simple one day event and the stay was comfortable and convenient. The cost was worth it.

made a reservation several weeks in advance, was given a handicapped room that did not meet my needs, was told there was nothing they could do about. Unfriendly staff and noisy hotel.

We were impressed by the room, and the price was far lower than what I expected. We will definitely be looking at Candlewood Inn next time we travel.

Great updated rooms that nice kitchens and great new bedding that seem to be adopted from IHGs Staybridge Suites Hotels.

The quality was excellent. It was a very great price for everything we were able to get.

Positive: super clean and huge room! Negative: not a thing! it was perfect! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

I don't like charges without explanation and I was charged 4 times for "Pre-Authorization" with no reason and when asked a property manager for explanation he simply stated it's our policy. 25.00 25.00 9.37 59.37 were the amounts in 2 days stay. All the time I have traveled he is correct a 25.00 or 50.00 incidental hold on a credit card is normal but it is a 1 time charge not 4 different over the course of the stay it's not the amount, the money or why. It's the total disregard, condescending attitude and no clear reason why. I am curious if proper procedure is followed at that property and the parking lot there is sketchy and does not feel safety. The property manager has a terrible attitude and be replaced,
